YOUR NEW PHOTOGRAPHER BESTIE

I’m Sara Peterson a family, senior, and couples photographer based in Bishop California, serving Mammoth Lakes, June Lake and the surrounding Eastern Sierra. My sessions are relaxed and easy with real connection and movement so your photos feel like you.


 I’m over here doing a little happy dance and I hope you are, too! My goal is simple: I want you to fully experience your session. To laugh until your cheeks hurt, to steal kisses without worrying if your hair is out of place, to hold your kids close even if they’re wiggly, to dance in the rain if the sky surprises us. I’ll take care of everything else. Guiding you, hyping you up, I'll make sure you feel comfortable every step of the way.

 

I thrive on capturing love that’s wild and free, unposed and genuine. The quiet tender moments and the big, joy filled ones too. I’m especially drawn to couples and families who embrace the unexpected, and who know that the best memories are often the ones we never planned for. Your only job? Show up ready to love on your people. Get dressed up, share those silly glances, and let yourself just be present.
